FIRST TIME STUDENTS

Know that our students come in all shapes, sizes, age groups, and physical condition.

This yoga is designed to bring broken bodies back to health.

​This is a practice for everyone who thinks they can't do yoga because... they use a wheelchair or walker, have arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, a bad back, injured knees, are overweight, or have limited mobility.

It can take several classes to get used to the heat. Most people start to see and feel the benefits in their first 10 classes.

No pre-registration is required.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class time to get signed up and settled.

You will need a yoga mat, a large towel, and water for class. All of these items are available to rent or purchase at the studio.

Showers are available for use after class. Bring an extra towel if you would like to shower.

Come to class well hydrated and avoid eating 2 hours prior to class.

All classes are heated, come in lightweight clothing.

We are here to help you! Our teachers will be available before and after class to answer any questions.

Please enjoy the lounge before and after class. Have a cup of tea, socialize, or check out our yoga library.
