Julie Rifenburg (Owner)

Julie Rifenburg has been teaching Bikram Yoga for nine years. She spent five years traveling around the country teaching this yoga and has completed multiple continuing education workshops with some of the most senior teachers within the Bikram community. Along with her Bikram certification, Julie holds certifications in two other styles of yoga and is also a certified holistic health coach. She strongly believes in the body’s ability to heal itself when given the tools to do so and strives to empower her students with knowledge through love and compassion.

Bethany Spencer (Owner)

Bethany Spencer has been teaching yoga since 2010. She received her 200-hour training through CorePower Yoga in Denver, Colorado. She is an E-RYT and registered continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. She has completed over 1,000 Hours of Continuing Education Credits including courses in Sanskrit, philosophy, yoga history, anatomy, trauma informed yoga, and teaching technique. Bethany is passionate about preserving the methodology and accessibility of the original 90-minute 26+2 series.

Kate W.

Kate joined the Yoga Cure teaching team in February of 2020. She completed her 200-Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2019. She is excited to continue her education and begin her teaching journey at Yoga Cure.

Stacy S.

Stacy completed her training in the Spring of 2018 and has been teaching ever since. She is passionate about sharing the Bikram Yoga practice and is known for making her students feel comfortable, safe, and welcome in her class.
